    Hi, I always have stumbled upon a lot of Windows Updates errors, in brief, it had never actually updated. I tried everything and nothing worked. Now I decided to format my 120GB SSD and reinstall Windows 10, I installed the Windows 10 Pro Educational 21H1 on the build 19043.844, it was a clean installation and I still got the same errors messages: "We couldn’t complete the updates. Undoing changes. Don’t turn off your computer" and the errors codes are "0x80070643 e 0x800f0922".

    Hmm. Either it's put out errors and WCG is limiting the work units available, or the project list may not be set to supply other WU when one runs out. (if the problem lies here and not on your end)

    On the options to your left, if you go into Results Status, select the computer from Device Name and then look through results see if either they were returned late, errors or any other kind of issue that would stop the servers supplying WU from that perspective.

    If there are no errors then it's maybe down to your project list. So selecting Device Manager from the left menu and then clicking on the profile assigned to that computer and make sure that it's assigned to receive WU for other projects if they run out.

    At least those steps will rule out problems from the WCG end.

    2004 update windows 10 error 0x80070002

    Hello everyone,

    thanks to some of the suggestions here and to some from other sources I have managed to fix the 0x80070002 error breaking up my feature update to 2004.

    For completeness' sake and since it may help others, the following steps worked for me.

    1. Download Media Creation Tool from Microsoft's official website
    2. Create a bootable USB drive with the MCT
    3. Boot up from this USB Drive
    4. Choose install settings, click 'Next', but on the next screen select "Repair your computer" instead of "Install"
    5. Choose "Troubleshoot" -> "Startup Repair" and let it finish
    6. Restart into Windows and attempt the usual Windows update
    It looks like the BCD on my computer had been damaged by the boot loader (Windows 10 + Recovery partition) and running the "Startup Repair" from the installation USB Drive corrected the errors.
