    My system had been unstable these few days and I am having problem with two recent updates.2023-07 Cumulative Update for .NET Framework 3.5 and 4.8.1 for Windows 11, version 22H2 for x64 KB5028851Install error - 0x800700c12023-07 Cumulative Update for Windows 11 Version 22H2 for x64 KB5028185Install error - 0x800705b9Install error - 0x80248007My Windows 11 Pro version is 22H2 OS Build 22621.1702I followed some advice online to perform a SFC in cmd, couldn’t run it, said “Windows Resource Protection could not start the repair service”. Tried run cmd as admin, nope. Tried manually turn on
