Windows 10: Windows update fail- doesn't meet sys requirements

Hi, I am having a problem that looks similar to what many others have. Windows updates have failed 24H2 failed since the 14th of this month. When I tried to update I got a message saying This PC doesn't meet windows 11 system requirements- we couldn't update the system reserved partition. I ran the PC health app which says the system meets the windows 11 requirements which is nice to know as I have been using Windows 11 since buying this PC. A little reading on this forum has brought me to this page suggesting the SRP may be full:https://support.microsoft.com/en-gb/topic/-we-couldn-t-update

I`m sorry I had not noticed that the text on the picture was in spanish. It says that windows has replaced some damaged clusters in "name" file and "directory". Then, at the end "an unspecified error occurred (75736e6a726e6c2e 4f6)".

I`ll do it and I`ll be updating this thread when I have the report.

Hi Nicholas, thanks for your question. I'm Graeme, a fellow user in the Microsoft community.

It sounds like your graphics card may not be compatible with the recording functionality of Game Bar. Do you know what model your graphics card is?

Here's a page that lists the system requirements of Game Bar's DVR function:

If your PC doesn't meet those requirements, you won't be able to use Game Bar to record.

Windows Updates failed to instal

I just did step one and they have just all installed.... thank you so much.... it was quite frustrating having that update window pop up every 5 minutes and failing to instal every time
