    Windows Update Failed, and now lots of things are broken


    My problem started when an update on my windows 10 failed with the error "0x800f0922".While working on trying to fix it, I ran into this: Windows Update Error 0x800f0922 - Microsoft CommunityIn that link there is an answer by Justine Pel first answer and I tried to do Method 2. I went to windows features as directed and enabled everything within the 2 .Net Folders which are named ".NET Framework 3.5 includes .NET 2.0 and 3.0" and ".NET Framework 4.8 Advanced Services" so that the two folders would be marked with a checkmark instead of a square.After this change and a restart however... it
