Windows 10: Windows update failed Install error 0x800703f1

So ive had this problem for a long time now.. Windows update will not install and my firewall will not turn on grayed out. I did a scan in the CMD and it says there is missing or corrupted files. I tried to do a ton of fixes on it an nothing is working. Also my firewall says "update your firewall settings but when i try to click on the use recommended setting its shoots me another error code 0x8007045b. I have a feeling that those 2 problems are connected can anyone help me? Note: Ive also tried these in the powershell but that didnt work either. net stop wuauservnet stop cryptSvcnet stop

Windows Updates failed to instal

I just did step one and they have just all installed.... thank you so much.... it was quite frustrating having that update window pop up every 5 minutes and failing to instal every time

Error 0x800703f1 always fail to update Windows 10

I've upgrade windows 7 home basic to windows 10 on early August 2015 and then get some updates thru windows update, but unfortunately since end of September 2015 until now, I always fail to update Windows 10, the error message
always appear :

"There were problems installing some updates, but we'll try again later. If you keep seeing this and want to search the web or contact support for information, this may help:

• 
  Cumulative Update for Windows 10 (KB3116869) - Error 0x800703f1
  
• 
  Security Update for Internet Explorer Flash Player for Windows 10 (KB3087040) - Error 0x800703f1
  
• 
  Update for Windows 10 (KB3106932) - Error 0x800703f1
  
  note :windows defender update is still working thru windows update
  
  it makes me disappointed, is there Any body can help me?

Drivers won't update, errors 0x800703f1 and 0x80070002

I have about 20 drivers that need updating. Windows version 18363. The updates download but fail to install. All report error 0x80070002 or 0x800703f1.

I've tried:

• Clearing the download files and restarting the update service.
• Running the troubleshooter
• sfc /scannow
• dism /online /cleanup-image /restorehealth, which seemed to hang after the scan.
• perfmon /report, which shows that one service is crashing
• Using the Device Manager to install individual drivers
• Various other remedies proposed; I googled the error codes and followed up...

Suggestions?
