    Windows update fails at 7% at every reboot


    Every time I try to shutdown my PC, an update that fails at 7% starts. After that, the PC reboots twice before allowing me to login. This has been going on for at least two years. As I rarely had to reboot, it wasn't such a problem, but now I've been needing to reboot pretty often. I have tried deleting the files at C:\Windows\Software Distribution\Downloads and in to no avail. I'm running Windows 10 on an Asus N46VM. After the last reboot, This is the last by from the log I generated the following log with Get-WindowsUpdateLog couldn't send the rest due to character limitations.2023/02/15 1
