Windows 10: Windows Update Fails repeatedly for KB5015814 2022-07 Cumulative Update for Windows11

Windows Update fails repeatedly for KB5015814 2022-07 Cumulative Update for Windows11. The problem started because of a power loss that occurred during the initial update last week. I have attempted all of the following steps multiple times together to no avail. The update fails every time.- Windows Update Troubleshooter it just tells me to restart my computer- Pausing Windows Update, then restarting it failsnet stop wuauservnet stop bitsnet stop cryptsvc and hit Enter tells me I can't do thatOpen file explorer and go to C:\Windows and find SoftwareDistribution and delete this folder.Go

2022-07 Cumulative Update for Windows 11 for x64-based Systems (KB5015814) Will not load

2022-07 Cumulative Update for Windows 11 for x64-based Systems (KB5015814) will not load and gives Error Code 0x8000ffff.

It starts, gets to 25% and stops.

Actions I've taken:

1. Run the Update Trouble Shooter several times, to no avail.

2, Per another recommendation, I've checked Background Inteligent Transfer Service. It is correct.

3. Run SFC & DISM, no problems found.

Only 2 things left per other recommendation:

1. Resetting Update Components and

2. In place Upgrade

Before I venture into the above, any other ideas?

Please try to download and install KB5015814 update manually from the Microsoft Update Catalog.

Cumulative Update Repeatedly Fails

A cumulative Windows update fails repeatedly to install. It asks me to quote:

2019-07 Cumulative Update for Windows 10 Version 1803 for x64-based Systems (KB4507435) -Error 0x80080008

Any ideas?
