Windows 10: Windows update faliure due to storage.

Good day.


I have tried to update windows now for two weeks. I deleted every file and uninstalled every app that I could possibly uninstall but my storage bar is still red. I have cleaned the disk, cleared any temporary data which could have been cleared and still my PC exclaims over low disk space which is surprising because I have nothing of value on the PC.


If you have some tips, please assist.

Windows faliure due to updating drivers.

Whenever I update my intel drivers it causes 'driver state faliure' in windows 10 ... how can I solve this issue? Tried many troubleshooting ways but didn't worked for me.

This issue might be due to some corrupted/ missing Windows Update Components.

Please perform the below troubleshooting steps to fix this issue.

Step 1: I suggest you to
run the Windows Update troubleshooter and check.

Windows Update Troubleshooter resolves problems that prevents you from updating windows.

Steps:

• Press Windows key and type
  Troubleshooting.
• Click on Troubleshooting and click on
  View all in the left pane.
• Select Windows Update to run the Windows Update Troubleshooter
  and follow the on-screen instructions.

Step 2: I suggest you to try the steps from below link to
reset Windows Update Components and check if the issue persists.

Hi dalchina. Good news, I followed your suggestion and reinstalled the update and now it appears as "installed correctly" *Biggrin Maybe it was not necessary to run the Windows Update Troubleshooter or maybe if necessary. But using it I do not think it could have worsened something. The installation was very fast, unlike the first time it showed step 1 and step 2 completed.
