Windows 10: Windows update forcing broken drivers onto my laptop

I've encountered this issue regarding the windows update and my Dell Inspiron.

For some odd reason, people like me who have an AMD A6-6310 with Radeon R4 seem to have issues with the latest AMD Drivers. The newer drivers cause the entire pc to freeze up every few seconds. The issue only seems to be solved by installing an older version of the driver.

The problem is windows update keeps force updating my driver to the new one, causing the above mentioned lag problem, forcing me to roll back the driver again. Any kinda regedit value I can put in to stop automatic driver updates so this'll quit happening? I've already tried changing the system setting in control panel to disable automatic driver updates but it keeps happening.

Black Screen During Driver Update

I reinstalled my laptop back to factory settings, and I wanted to update the GPU drivers. But when I try, the screen turns black during the update, but the computer is still running. I was forced to turn off the computer and turn it back on. I used system restore, so now I'm using the default drivers that came with the laptop. Can you guys suggest anything?

I would like suggestions and look in local stores. I dont wanna buy a laptop from someone online. Sorry. But could be a good idea if you asked him about the performance on older games. Gonna make a list ofall laptops people suggest me.

Remove the screen for space purpose here its small desk and if the screen is opened it will hide my 22 inches lcd
