    Windows Update, Frequent Crashing, Blue Screen of Death


    Hi,This all started yesterday. I first downloaded a file Davinci Resolve 18. It stayed as a ZIP file and I couldn't extract the file. Thus, I tried several times to completely permanently delete the file. I've tried through the recycle bin, command prompt, and countless of many other methods. Whenever I did delete the file, it would delete; but when I restart the PC, or my PC crashes, it restarts and shows the file still being there. I'm sure that this isn't a virus because I've scanned with the implemented Windows antivirus and it said that there were no threats.I first thought that that wa

    2. What is the exact error code/message you receive regarding the Blue Screen of death?

    I understand that you are facing an issue regarding Blue Screen of Death. A faulty device driver or system service might be responsible for this. Hardware issues, such as BIOS incompatibilities, memory conflicts, and IRQ conflicts can also generate BSOD.

    The Operating System is designed to automatically receive new updates by default. We recommend not to stop the updates, since the updates consists various security patches and latest driver updates which helps to keep the computer safe and secure. Windows
