Windows 10: Windows Update History shows both Feature Updates 1903 and 1909 installed

After I installed the Windows 10 Feature Update from 1903 to 1909 my Windows Update History shows

Looking in the About page it lists Version 1909 OS Build 18363.720


In the past when I've installed a Feature Update it only shows the new update. In other words in this case it would only show 1909. Since it shows 1903 also is my computer really upgraded to 1909? Also the 2 after the 1909 is something I don't understand.


I would appreciate any help on this.

1903 to 1909 feature update question

Ive been offered the 1909 feature update through Windows Update so I selected Download and Install. Everything was downloaded and installed in around 5 minutes.
Ive just checked in Windows Update history under Feature Updates and it says

Feature Updates (1)
Feature update to Windows 10, version 1909 (2)
Successfully installed on ‎22/‎11/‎2019

Why does it show a 2 in brackets after Feature update to Windows 10, version 1909? Is anyone else seeing the exact same thing? Is this expected behaviour and has my 1909 feature update installed correctly?
The feature update downloaded and installed very quickly and I noticed it restarted twice which I thought was a bit unusual. I have also checked in Reliability History and it says Feature update to Windows 10, version 1909....successful windows update.

 

Windows Updates Cumulative Update version 1903 and the Featured Update version 1909 both fail

I have tried to install both the Cumulative Update version 1903 and the Featured Update version 1909 and when they hit the 100% mark I get a message in install failed and the changes are being undone. After doing this the first time my printer does not
work and I've deleted it and reloaded and it still doesn't work.

I have tried six times to do the updates without success. When I view the update history it says the Featured Update version 1909 failed on 11/18/2019 and the Cumulative Update version 1903 was successfull on 11/18/2009. It than says the Featured
Update version 1909 was successfully updated on 11/18/2019 followed by the Cumulative Update version 1903 failed on 11/23/2009.

During the check for updates it continually loads the the Cumulative
Update version 1903.

When I look at the OS Build it shows Version 1903 installed on 10/12/2019 OS Build 18362.449

So, how do I get these updates to install or allow updates for everything else except Windows updates?

Plus get my printer to be recognized, I can still print documents using email.
