Windows 10: Windows update install and download errors

Hi all! I’m currently having a lot of issues when updating new windows updates. I am receiving download errors such as 0x800f8011 on the 2022-08 cumulative Update for Windows 11 for x64-based Systems KB5016629 and a install error 0x800706be on the 2022-08 Cumulative Update Preview for .NET Framework 3.5 and 4.8 for Windows 11 x64 KB5016594 I was wondering how I can resolve these errors so I can download the newest updates. But was additionally wondering if I uninstalled windows and reinstalled it would it resolve these issues for me and will it wipe everything on my computer as I want to

Who's downloaded the Windows 8.1 preview update?

For some reason the installer says the update is not applicable to your computer? (Win 8 Pro x64) anyone else try this what was released today?

EDIT: It appears the error is because the download is named Windows8-RT-KB2849636-x64 so looks like it's only for ARM based RT Windows 8 versions even though there's nothing suggesting that on the actual download page, so where's the x86 8.1 update people?

 

windows xp installation and dual core am

could someone please list the steps they follow to install windows with a dual core processor and windows xp service pack to. I'm reletively new to amd dual core and i feel i'm missing a step. All help will be appreciated. thanx

 

Windows Updates failed to instal

I just did step one and they have just all installed.... thank you so much.... it was quite frustrating having that update window pop up every 5 minutes and failing to instal every time
