Windows 10: Windows update - Install error - 0x80070103

I'm trying to install a "Realtek - SoftwareComponent - 12.204.1117.191" updateWhen I tried to install it, all started normallyDownloading 0% -> Downloading 100% -> Installing 0% -> Install error - 0x80070103I tried running windows update troubleshooter, it detected a "Check for Windows Update issues" but no succes.When i look into "Update History" i saw that the driver is already installed maybe even 5 times as you can see the 5 .How can i get rid of the issue or properly install the driver?

Install error - 0x80070103

Windows Update keeps listing an available update, but when I run Update, I get an error: Intel - Net - 12.18.9.20 Install error - 0x80070103

I run the Windows Update troubleshooter (the one in Windows, not the download mentioned in so many articles with the broken link), and it finds a problem, and says it fixed it, but the problem persists. I attached an image of the issues below.

I have tried

• uninstalling the Intel adapters in Device Manager
  
• the process of renaming catroot2 and SoftwareDistribution as in this post
  
• ran system file checker, it found and fixed corrupted files
  

Nothing has worked.

Probably this question was already asked but following the given instructions didn't resolve my problem.

In Device manager I don't see any Graphic adapter to uninstall.

 

How to handle Install error - 0x80070103

I followed the steps through Windows Terminal (PowerShell) in admin mode and now windows update is no longer throwing Install error - 0x80070103 but is now throwing a new Download error - 0x80248014

What should I try now?
