Windows 10: Windows update install error. Intel - Extension and Dolby - Software component. Error...

Hello,For the past week we have been trying to solve this Windows update issue where every time we click install the update fails. This is a Lenovo Thinkpad E14 Gen 2 and all of these specific model of laptops in the domain have this issue. There used too be three updates that failed but after using Lenovo's software to update one of them disappeared, but the others remain. Lenovo's software is up to date and every other Windows part is up to date. Its just these two updates having issues. We have tried resetting the cache, restarting Windows update using Command prompt, and updating the BIOS.

In Device manager I don't see any Graphic adapter to uninstall.

Hopefully, Microsoft will resolve this issue soon. I don't know why this happened all of a sudden.

 

windows update installed mutiple intel software components

windows update installed mutiple intel software components, I do not see in uninstall update list, then "evaluation Build 18898.1000(rs_prerelease).." notice on my desktop disappeared
