Windows 10: Windows Update is not showing me Win11 as option even though I enabled TPM etc...

On Win10 with all latest upgrades, patches, etc. I enabled TPM in bios and also secure boot mode - whatever was in the spec to enable win11 upgrade.I downloaded the diagnostic tool that gave its blessing.But my PC remains on Win10.How do I force it to try to upgrade?

Don't know if this is the right place for this thread but whatever, laptop informed me that " a firmware update is needed for you security processor (TPM)," now, i looked up what to do and from a microsoft support thing, the last step says to clear the tpm. it has a warning saying to back up my data, i would like to know what clearing the tpm does, and what measures i need to take to make sure nothing goes wrong.

If you have Win11 installed then TPM is enabled

Device Manager> Security devices shows TPM version

Hi, I have been using Windows 11 since the release and have had no real problems with it. There is a popular game known as Valorant by Riot games and it uses its own anti-cheat system known as Vanguard. Windows 11 version of the game requires tpm 2.0 and secure boot to be enabled. I had an issue previously when vanguard kept crashing on the client page showing that it required secure boot to be enabled. This issue was resolved after enabling the secure boot (still do not know how or why it had been disabled when I was already on win11). Today the same issue arose again but this time secure boot is enabled, tpm 2.0 has not been enabled (still do not understand how this happened). Cannot find the option for tpm anywhere in the security in the bios section in the UEFI firmware settings, tpm.msc command shows compatible tpm cannot be found. Upon using the Windows PC health check app, now it shows my laptop cannot currently meet the Windows 11 system requirements due to tpm 2.0 not being supported (even though I have been using win11 since its release and my laptop was satisfying all the requirements then). Any help would be greatly appreciated.
