Windows 10: Windows Update is now a daily thing?

Every single day is every single day Update is downloading and installing updates, as far as I know windows 10 is not going through a drastic change or development that merits this

:)

 

Hide / Disable daily driver updates of the same thing.

I suggested this:



Highlighted button hides update. (And hiding can be reversed of course)

(Note, not tried it personally, but may do whilst trying to find what crashes explorer once per session when launching Open Shell)

Hi dalchina. Good news, I followed your suggestion and reinstalled the update and now it appears as "installed correctly" *Biggrin Maybe it was not necessary to run the Windows Update Troubleshooter or maybe if necessary. But using it I do not think it could have worsened something. The installation was very fast, unlike the first time it showed step 1 and step 2 completed.
