Windows 10: Windows Update issue with 0x800f081f and KB5030300

My english skills isn't one of best so I hope its enough readable and understandable. I'm using windows 10 pro and I trying to fix this problem using various fix methods, but after searching, reading, and watching here's nothing who wants to work. I have tried use windows update troubleshooter, after restarting your pc here was no changes. Another one was fix corrupted system files using cmd, I have enter sfc /scannow after reboot I enter another commands in cmd DISM /Online /Cleanup-Image /CheckHealth, DISM /Online /Cleanup-Image /ScanHealth, DISM /Online /Cleanup-Image /RestoreHealth, but

I have tried use windows update troubleshooter, after restarting your pc here was no changes. Another one was fix corrupted system files using cmd, I have enter sfc /scannow after reboot I enter another commands in cmd DISM /Online /Cleanup-Image /CheckHealth, DISM /Online /Cleanup-Image /ScanHealth, DISM /Online /Cleanup-Image /RestoreHealth, but after writing these commands in cmd my windows update have no changes, so I start looking for another one which could help me fix this problem, so another one was restart windows services, I go to windows update and background intelligent transfer service and change startup type to Automatic. Without this one I start looking your update in the microsoft update catalog, but there was no update choice for 0x800f081f, for KB5030300 there was update, but after installation I got this notification "KB5030300 were not installed" . Next one is clean boot opening services tab I hide all microsoft services disabling all of them. Next one is disabling and enabling Windows net framework 3.5 in windows features, but unfortunately none of these doesn't work for me, not sure did I mention all of them, even windows full reset doesnt help me :d It took me many hours for looking and doing all of these methods, I start thinking that windows update is actually broken so I just want to know if there is no chance to fix and update maybe here is chance to remove it from windows update, without all of these updates?

Download the media creator tool from here : https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/software-downlo...

Install it on your system and run it.

When asked click on upgrade this PC Now.

Follow the steps on the tool and it should replace any missing or corrupt files with new ones without deleting anything on your system. This should hopefully resolve this issue.

Sometimes, during an app installation, it needs a specific version of .NET Framework. In those cases, it might automatically install and activate that version. Is it the same in your case?

Also, are you trying to download and install .net framework because it is a pre-requisite for another application/program to run?
