    Bonjour, depuis quelques jours il m'est impossible d'exécuter une mise à jour.En effet, je télécharge et installe la mise à jour, puis lorsque je redémarre le pc, l'installation va jusqu'à 100% mais affiche le message suivant : "quelque chose ne s'est pas passé comme prévu.J'ai essayé de refaire le processus de nombreuses fois, mais le problème reste toujours le même.Merci d'avance pour votre aide.
