    Hi, I recently purchased an ASUS TUF F15 laptop that came with Windows 11 version 22H2. After two days, I received an option to update to version 24H2. I downloaded the update, but during installation, it prompted me for a BitLocker recovery key. Since I didn’t have the key at that time, the update process was automatically rolled back to version 22H2.Later, I received an option to update to version 23H2, which I installed successfully. However, I'm no longer getting the option to update to version 24H2—only regular security intelligence updates are available now.

    Definitely not an issue with the Windows Servers as I just re-installed yesterday and got all my updates.

    It works, but I still need to fix it so that way I dont have to plug computers directly to the modem to get windows update to work. It was also blocking me from installing directx.

    If your wireless router has a built in firewall maybe it's somehow set to block the ports that Windows updates use?

    I'd also suggest if it works with it being directly connected then you could try resetting your router to see if this fixes the issue.

    That's my 2 cents anyways. *Smile Windows Update Issue :)
