Windows 10: Windows Update Issues ... virus/malware??

"Something went wrong. Try to reopen Settings later."

Please help.
This is the only thing I see whenever I try to open my Windows Update.
And its been like this for months already.
I don't know what to do.

Does my device have a virus/malware??
