Windows update KB5025239 causes the tasks schedular to crash but then starts on second attempt

Hi,I've updated my PC to the latest windows update "KB5025239", what I now seeing in the event logs after this update the Windows service that controls starting the Task Scheduler crashes on first try after a reboot but then the service starts on the second attempt.Hopefully someone will have an idea why this happens with the latest update as prior to upgrading there was never a problem with the Task Scheduler starting.Windows events:Event Error 7031: The Task Scheduler service terminated unexpectedly. It has done this 1 times. The following corrective action will be taken in 0 milliseconds:

Add-Ons for Firefox crash since update to 80

I left Firefox open over night and attempted to login to LastPass this morning - all the addons crashed. I had Firefox Task Manager open at the time and before attempting the login all addons were in the list and not using very much resources. After attempting login, all of the addons disappeared from the Firefox Task Manager list.

I will try the additional suggestions.

If I want to try a new profile without losing my saved/sync profile (and hopefully with the option of syncing my data back into the new profile) what steps should I take? Or is it just a given that if it is profile corruption, the sync profile is junk...?

    Thanks!

  4. Windows update KB5025239 causes the tasks schedular to crash but then starts on second attempt

Microsoft Edge / DUI70.DLL causes Task Manager to crash.

    Steps to reproduce:

    1. Open the latest Microsoft Edge.
    2. Open Task Manager with "performance" (or any other than "processes") as default tab.
    3. Wait a few seconds.
    4. Switch to "processes" tab.
After switched to "processes" tab, there's a small change Task Manager will crash (0xC0000005, faulting module: DUI70.DLL).

So I decided to use WinDbg and caught the crash into a MiniDump:

    MiniDump: OneDrive

Hope you guys will fix bugs of Task Manager, it's very buggy. I encountered more crashes like 0xc0000409 NTDLL.DLL.
