Windows 10: windows update kb5031354

This update has affected some programs i use. I try to uninstall it and it says its uninstalled but then after restarting its still there. I also can switch between windows and it reshows so i figured it wasnt uninstalling. So i tried the manual method with CMD and that came back with errors every time.Any help? Thanks

Issues with Windows 11 and KB5031354

Recently my Windows 11 PC has started to randomly lock up. I checked the recent updates and KB5031354 was at the top of the list. I uninstalled this update and so far the PC has not locked up.

i keep getting this error when the installation starts it's stops at 9% saying something went wrong undowing changes. i've tried most of the solutions provided and the same error occurs.
