Windows 10: Windows Update KB5032189 fails to update at 98%, gives error 0x800f0922 undoes changes,...

Hi there, as above For the past month, I have been dealing with an issue regarding KB5032189 where it would attempt to apply the update but ultimately fail.It always happens the same way, slow update from 0% to 30%, restart, speedy progress from 30% to 90%, total crawl from 90% to 98% or even 99%, then:We couldn't complete the updates...Undoing changes.The only error that Windows provides is 0x800f0922, which relates to the system boot partition according to some other users.I have tried the following to fix this issue to no avail:removed Anti virusAlthough edge was already installed I have

Windows 10 update fails at 98% (KB5032189 and KB5032339)

Hello

I’m struggling with the KB5032189 and KB5032339, they both fail at the final 98% after booting. (and then Windows reverts the changes.)

I’m running Windows 10 Pro build 19045.3448 on a 13600k with 64GB ram

What I have tried so far: (most of it several times)

1. Windows update troubleshooter, no change.
   
2. C: drive has 700 GB free, and is free of errors etc. (2tb Samsung 990 pro).
   
3. Have cleared Windows update cache and catalogues.
   
4. Have used SFC /scannow, no change
   
5. Have used DISM /online /cleanup-image /restorehealth etc, no change.
   
6. Windows10Upgrade9252 and MediaCreationTool22H2 say windows is up to date.
   
7. Have disabled the antivirus etc and even uninstalled it completely, but no change.
   
8. Have done extensive scans with several antivirus tools etc, and no virus/malware etc found.
   

Any suggestions on how to fix this?

If Microsoft Edge was removed from the system, please reinstall it.

KB4343909 Update Fails Error 0x800f0922

The KB4343909 Update fails per the Error 0x800f0922 each time it goes through the update process gets to 96% then reboots and the following Windows Message comes up:

We cannot complete the update
undoing changes
Don't Turn off your Computer

My Windows Pro Version is 1803 OS Build 17134.165 all other Updates are installed with no issues

After that completes the computer runs fine and the 0x800f0922 error message shows in the Windows Update Section this has failed 3 times. Each time when I go to shut down after this the options come up Update and reboot or Update and shut down and it continues to attempt to do the KB4343909 update. I have run the Reset Windows Update .bat file from the Forums it runs successfully however Windows continues to attempt the KB4343909 Update.......does it make sense to download the KB4343909 Standalone file from Microsoft and attempt the update in that method?
