Windows 10: Windows Update keeps trying to download incorrect version/build

Windows Update tries to download KB4023057: Update Health Tools and fails with error 0x800700c1. When attempting to manually install, it says a newer version is already installed. During the same updated, Windows Update tries to download KB5033372 OS Builds 19044.3803 and 19045.3803 and also fails with the same error. The frustrating part is that the Health Tools Update is for an older version and the Cumulative Update is for a different OS Build. Mine is 19045.3516.Is there a way to stop WU from trying to download these two updates?

GeForce driver download page shows incorrect windows version

Not sure if this is the correct place to post but anyhow: the GeForce driver download page on TPU (Latest NVIDIA GeForce Graphics Drivers 546.33 WHQL Download) shows the incorrect Windows version for some of the drivers (underlined in blue in the attached image).

Who's downloaded the Windows 8.1 preview update?

For some reason the installer says the update is not applicable to your computer? (Win 8 Pro x64) anyone else try this what was released today?

EDIT: It appears the error is because the download is named Windows8-RT-KB2849636-x64 so looks like it's only for ARM based RT Windows 8 versions even though there's nothing suggesting that on the actual download page, so where's the x86 8.1 update people?

 

My Windows 10 version keeps showing me as version 1607, Build 14393.1593

Since you mentioned that your computer is on Version 1607, it's not set to receive updates for Version 1703, Creators Update. Additionally, Windows 10 Build 16257 is an Insider build that only those who joined the Insider Program will receive. If you are
