Windows 10: Windows Update keeps trying to install KB5048239 2024-11 Security update Windows 10 V22H2...

Windows Update shows 0% installing and then reverts to "Your up to date" screen. I have restarted and powered my machine down but that didn't help.There are no messages displayed about the update failing to install or installation successful. Every time that Windows Update looks for updates, this scenario plays out again.

Windows 7 Ultimate (64) Security updates not installing.

I have been having problems in installing the updates that I have listed below. For each update I attempted to install them individually but they would not install. I also downloaded the SURT 6.1 KB947821 v27. The problem has been going on now for about 2 months. (whenever the issue with the updates comes to mind I am never near my pc). Thank you in advance.

Well just noticed a pretty large one pop up coming in at 914MB, seems it makes some pretty serous updates.

The above error followed a successful update/install of KB5001716 on 3/13/24, and KB5035845, KB5036450 on 3/14/24.
