windows update lead to ram issues.

I have a ryzen 3600 with 16gb ram that can go up to 3600 but i run it at 3200. yesterday i updated an optional windows update. ever since that i have been getting blue screens and freezes. usually when a game is running ... i have game boost disable for my memory. the problem is also causing my PC to have ram error code while i boot my computer. this has never happened b4 until the optional update i did. I have been running the computer like this for more that 2 years now. I am 99% positive it has to be the update. I didnt change or did anything that could impact this.

    :)

That's what the auto setting will do since you're over the 1333 mark it jumps to the next step which isn't listed or officially supported I assume by that ram.

At this point though I would suggest dropping the multi one step or .5 so that we can get something stable and possibly take the heat issue out of the picture for now.

  3. Windows insider program update issue

well , in the off chance that anyone was curious as to this issue, i fixed it without the above steps....i retried it today, but remembered that i have My RAM overclocked from 1333mhz, to 1866mhz.

I dropped it back down to its stock speeds, and it breezed right though the update with no issues what so ever. problem solved.

Definitely not an issue with the Windows Servers as I just re-installed yesterday and got all my updates.
