Windows 10: Windows Update making PC not display and infinite reboot

I logged onto my PC today and windows told me I needed to update to Windows 11, initially I clicked install later and then went to the settings and said to not install. After this I kind of forgot about it.. But then an hour or so later while gaming my PC crashes, due to memory error which has never happened before and my PC said it was downloading updates and making changes to the PC...Since then everytime I try to start my PC it just infinie reboots. And I mean I cannot even get to windows or BIOS... I reset CMOS once which got me into BIOS but then once trying to get into windows the same

The issue might have corrupted the system due to aborting the reset process before completing on the computer. For us to better isolate and identify this issue, kindly try the steps below:

• Please remove all the external device connected to the computer and check if reboot loop stops.
• Disconnect all non-essential devices that might attached to your computer, Windows setup might be trying to detect them.
• If you are connected to a network, disconnect this also.

We also suggest that you start your PC in safe mode, refer to Frederik Long's post from this thread.

• What is the make and model of your laptop?
• Did you make any changes prior to this issue?

I suggest you to update the Display drivers by following the steps provided below and check if it helps.

• Press Windows key + X and select Device Manager.
• Expand Display Adapters.
• Right click on the driver and select Update Driver Software.
• Follow the on-screen prompts to update the driver.

Windows Update suddenly hangs?

Windows Update is suddenly hanging for some reason... I went and downloaded and installed the first bunch of updates, restarted when asked, and now when I go back to windows update I just get the window with a white box forever. Reboot and it still does it. This happens to be on my main machine, running windows 7.

I've also noticed when I reboot it says configuring windows update, step 3 of 3, 47%. Maybe it somehow skipped something and is screwed forever?
