Windows 10: Windows Update missing options/features

Hi! So my Windows Update is missing almost all the features and options, such as optional updates etc. The only buttons it shows are Windows Insider and Windows Optional Features which looked similar to Pause Updates for X amount of time and I pressed by mistake and now even that is missing.Also, it does not show any info about new or old updates, no nothing. Also, the service is indeed running in services.msc.

• Click on Send feedback.
• Follow the on-line instructions.

How to remove all entries in windows 10 Optional Feature History

Hello,

To help you with your concern, we suggest that you try to follow the steps provided below:

• Open Settings > System, and select Apps & features from the left side.
• Click on the Manage optional features link.
• To remove an app or a feature, select the feature and click on the Uninstall button.

windows xp installation and dual core am

could someone please list the steps they follow to install windows with a dual core processor and windows xp service pack to. I'm reletively new to amd dual core and i feel i'm missing a step. All help will be appreciated. thanx
