Windows 10: Windows Update not working, and lost my Windows Store, and Calculator apps.

Community,I have a workstation about 1 month old and all of a sudden the user cannot access Calculator anymore. I Googled it and researched that we just need to go to the Windows Store and reinstall Calculator. Attempted to run Windows Store and it no longer works. Read something that said update your system but found a couple of items cannot complete downloading and they are hung up. Have since reinstalled the windows store using powershell. Upon launching the store asked it to install Calculator an then asked it to update all apps. They all seemed to update but they never completed. A

Can't use Windows Store App or calculator

I realize that you are unable to use Windows Store App or calculator.

The issue might be caused due to corruption in system files or corrupted user account.

I suggest you to follow the below troubleshooting steps and check if it helps.

Step 1: Run the Windows Store apps troubleshooter.

• Type Troubleshooting in search box and press Enter
  key.
• Click on View all on top left pane.
• Select Windows Store Apps from the list and follow the onscreen instructions.

If the issue is unresolved, perform step 2.

Step 2: Create a new user account.

Windows store apps not working.

  Are you getting any error messages or error code when trying to open the store/applications that you have mentioned?

For work around, I suggest you to open the calculator using command and check if it is working.

  calc and press Enter key.
