Windows 10: Windows Update not working "Download error - 0x80248007"

I'm getting the following error on a new Asus Laptop "Download error - 0x80248007" - It's unable to download the updated drivers and keeps failing.

Download error 0x80248007 - 2023-11 Update for Windows 11 Version 23H2

I get Download error 0x80248007 on 2023-11 Update for Windows 11 Version 23H2 for x64-based Systems (KB4023057) This is a new PC and I clicked retry and nothing happens. How to fix? - - - Updated - - - Ok NVM, Fixed I had to install the other updates before installing this one. All works now.
