Windows 10: Windows Update not working (OS Build 18362.356) Oct 10 2019

I'm currently on 1903 (OS Build 18362.356), updated from 1803 on ‎Sep 14 2019.

On that date, I also successfully installed 2 updates:

“Security Update for Adobe Flash Player: September 10, 2019 (KB4516155)” and

“2019-KB4514359 Cumulative Update for .NET Framework 3.5 and 4.8 for Windows 10 version 1903.”


If I go to "Update History" there are no other updates at all.


If I go to "Windows Update" and click on "Check for updates", it whirs away for around 15 seconds and then informs me that "You're up to date".


I would have expected to get KB4524147 and KB4517389 and possibly more updates by now.



I think that there is a problem and I have no idea where to begin to solve this problem.

I would appreciate any help that you could provide.
