    windows update Oct 2019, after black screen it will not accept my password. I have followed instructions to where I press '4'. On log in It briefly says welcome but then immediately goes to 'wrong password'

    Black Screen after Log on


    Computer boots to windows log on,have no password here.After a minute on log on it go to a black screen,stays there forever. I can get to Task Manager from black Screen,lost on what to do next. Just want my Windows 10 back, not sure what caused this problem. Any Suggestion on what my next step should be?*Sad

    Hi if you please could help, i upgraded to windows 10 and everything was fine till yesterday, windows made lots of updates and then suddenly i had black screen saying operating system not install. I shut down the laptop and tried lits of things but nothing worked. It doesn't want to start or even to accept password for my account. Any suggestions please???
