Windows 10: Windows Update + Personalized Settings?

Hi,
Near end of automatic windows-update,
I got black screen with little with box in upper left corner, with message,

"Personalized Settings.
Setting up personalized settings for windows desktop update."
-that stayed on screen for few minutes, and Updates were then finished.

[What is this and Is that related to the following?]

When I opened "Update & Security,"
after Auto Updates finished,
it showed this:





"Some settings are managed by your organization"
What does this mean?

Is this normal?

Should I reset, and from where?

And what are these 2 Qualcomm items?
Do I need them, and/or need to Install?
Should they have been automatically installed?

Settings/Personalization

Hi,

We suggest that you follow the steps below to put your settings back to default and see if it helps.

• Right-click your mouse on your desktop.
• Click on Personalize.
• Select Colors.
• Click on High contrast settings.
• From the drop-down menu, select None.
• Click Apply.
• Reboot the PC for the changes to take effect.

Let us know the result.

 

HyperSLI (Enabling SLI on non-sli motherboards)

To turn off windows updates in windows 7 follow these steps:

Click the start button, in the search box type in 'windows updates', click on 'windows update'
in the search results list, in the left side of the windows update window click 'change settings'
then in the option bar select 'Never check for updates'.

That's what the auto setting will do since you're over the 1333 mark it jumps to the next step which isn't listed or officially supported I assume by that ram.

At this point though I would suggest dropping the multi one step or .5 so that we can get something stable and possibly take the heat issue out of the picture for now.
