Windows 10: Windows Update Problems 0x80073712 Error

Ok, so, a while back, I manually uninstalled Flash.I can't quite remember why, but I believe it was for space. Anyway, now the 21H1 update won't install, and from my own research, it seems the update removes Flash if you haven't already.But I have, so it just gives me a 0x80073712 error same with the Flash removal update.I've tried all I can to fix it, even tried to redownload Flash, but nothing has helped.Any advice, I'm willing to try basically anything here

I am not able to connect the i phone with PC (dell windows 10 64bit) due following update error Some update files are missing or have problems. We'll try to download the update again later. Error code: (0x80073712)

I tried with following options but still problem update is due

Step 1: Use System File Checker to repair damaged Windows files

Step 2: Run the DISM tool

Please suggest me how to solve this issuse
