Windows 10: Windows update ruines sound

EVerytime, I still dont know what procedures i go through to fix it, a bunch of random reboots and frustration and it starts working again. The headphone jack doesnt know its plugged in, this is a software issue, the smart jack is so smart. Sound test works playing through the headphones but playing normal audio off a website has it playing through the laptop skeapers instead. This happens every update, paniciing and scrabling as to why my sound doesn work and im getting sick of it seriously one more time, im done with windows. And why does windows keep installing and old graphics driver

Win 10 update ruined my computer

I will gladly dispose of any "ruined computer" that Windows 10 has "ruined". Just ship them to me and I will take care of disposing of the "ruined" hardware!

 

Good surround sound headset

I know you say you're not that guy, but stepping into the $250+ range really brings a change in build quality that might have you never having to buy another set. Otherwise, getting 6 speakers with decent sound in a headset is hard, and that's what you are asking for, and I have no suggestions, but just a bump up the list. *Stick Out Tongue

 

I got no sound microsoft or horrible sound

• Are you getting any error message?
• Have you installed all the pending Windows updates?
