Windows 10: Windows Update says my PC doesn't meet the minimum requirements, but PC Health Check does?

I'm assuming that the Updater will not offer me the upgrade if it registers that I can't run it, but PC Health check confirms I am greenlit on all fronts.Do I just... wait and see?

What do do if PC health check says my system meets the windows 11 requirements but windows update claims it does not?

basically the title, I go into the windows update app and it tells me "This PC doesn't currently meet the minimum system requirements to run windows 11" then it suggests to see if there are things I can do in the PC Health check app.

when I open the PC health check app and click the check now box under "introducing windows 11" it says "This PC meets windows 11 requirements"

does anyone know what I can do to proceed with updating to windows 11?

Update and Security, on the right of the top of the page it says my pc doesn't meet the requirements to run Windows 11 but when I download and run PC Health Check it says it does. Which is correct?

When I open Update and Security, on the right at the top of the page it says my pc doesn't meet the requirements to run Windows 11 but when I download and run PC Health Check it says it does. Which is correct?

How do I find out why it says my pc doesn't meet the minimum requirements? There is no explanation and the implication that if I run PC Health Check I will find out why is incorrect because PC Health Check disagrees and says my pc does meet the minimum requirements to run Windows 11.

Whom do I believe and how do I find out why there's a discrepancy?
