Windows 10: Windows update screen in Settings is blank. How do I correct?

I have tried all of the help site I could find about this. My Update page in the Windows 10 settings has no information on it. All I get are blue dots streaming across the top indicating it's trying to get information. There is no information on previous updates.Can anyone guide me to a fix?Windows 10 Home v 21H2, Build 19044.2846Thanks!

Screen goes blank after changing BIOS settings/

I don't know how long this has been happening, a few weeks at least, but whenever I change a setting in my BIOS (and save & exit), my screen goes blank and my monitor goes into standby. Any suggestions to fix this?
