Windows 10: windows update screen is blank dont know what to do

when i open my windows update settings the settings are blank but when i click on any other tab it's fine, anyone know a fix?

  Press Crtl + alt + Delete key on your keyboard to open task manager.
  
• 
  Cancel the Windows Update task form the task manager.
