Windows 10: Windows update "Security Update for Windows KB5026361" could not be installed because of...

Good day,Im having an error on installing windows update. I tried the manaully installed microsoft catalog but still it doesnt install the package. I keep getting error message 0x800f0831. What am I supposed to do with this. Installation Failure: Windows failed to install the following update with error 0x800F0831: 2023-05 Cumulative Update for Windows 10 Version 22H2 for x64-based Systems KB5026361.Please help. thanks!

Windows 7 Ultimate (64) Security updates not installing.

I have been having problems in installing the updates that I have listed below. For each update I attempted to install them individually but they would not install. I also downloaded the SURT 6.1 KB947821 v27. The problem has been going on now for about 2 months. (whenever the issue with the updates comes to mind I am never near my pc). Thank you in advance.

Windows Updates failed to instal

I just did step one and they have just all installed.... thank you so much.... it was quite frustrating having that update window pop up every 5 minutes and failing to instal every time

windows automatic updates

i have some questions about the windows automatic updates in windows xp pro w sp/2. ive got about forty updates they recommend , mostly for security but i only installed two today. after installing them i found them in my add/remove programs in the control panel, if i add all these updates that is a lot of space on my hd almost 1 gig. i thought that updates just updated files and not created new programs. should i innore all these update suggestions from microsoft?
