Windows 10: Windows Update service does not start "error 1053: "The service did not respond to the...

Whenever I try to start the Windows 10 update service, it fails with error 1053: "The service did not respond to the start or control request in a timely fashion." The service cannot start at all. I also cannot view the update history, although I was able to install updates. I got this problem around 3 months ago, and I am still not able to solve it. I have tried lots of methods here one of them and have watched lots of videos but they also did not helped me.

Yes, this was the first page I've checked for possible solutions.

edit: from out of nowhere the service is starting again, I got no clue how. For now, the issue is fixed, until it arises again.

Hello, after updating Windows 10 to the latest build, the HUAWEI web modem service does not start, it will not help reinstall Internet Manager, fixing this problem is important to me because I can not use T-Mobile internet (via the program installed on the modem, connect and disconnect to the internet)
