Windows 10: Windows Update Settings offer only 5 choices

I choose to be at my PC when the updates are being done. For example, if I miss closing certain important files, I want to be able to close them before the Update automatically continues with the Update without closing. Changes that I've made to those files are lost. The Settings offer 5 consecutive days starting with tomorrow's date. In my specific case they offer dates 11-14-2024 through 11-18-2024. None of those dates are possible for me. Still, I have to choose one of those 5 dates. Recent Updates have been occuring monthly. So why did Windows Developers choose to offer only

That's what the auto setting will do since you're over the 1333 mark it jumps to the next step which isn't listed or officially supported I assume by that ram.

At this point though I would suggest dropping the multi one step or .5 so that we can get something stable and possibly take the heat issue out of the picture for now.

• Right-click the folder, and then select Rename.
• Rename the folder to SoftwareDistribution.old.
• Access the link that we've provided again, and then follow the 9th step.
• Restart the computer.

Windows Update is failing to install the updates that is why it keeps offering you the same updates. There may be a third party program running in the background that is why you're encountering the issue. We suggest that you
perform a clean boot for us to know if you can update your Windows 10 while your third party apps are disabled.
You can perform a clean boot on your computer after following steps 1-5.

welcome screen is not asking if i like the spotlight choice

One of the possible reasons why your laptop is not asking if you like the spotlight choice might be because the Windows spotlight is not set as your lock screen background. To address this concern, we suggest enabling Windows spotlight as your lock screen
background. To do so, follow these steps:

• Go to Settings.
• Click on Personalization and then select Lock screen.
• Under Background, click on the drop down menu and make sure to click on Windows spotlight.
