    Windows Update setup.exe fails with code 0xC1900101 - 0x20017


    Hey, I have been trying to update my windows to Windows 11 for a couple of weeks. First I had the issue of"We can't tell if your PC has enough space to continue installing Windows 11"I tried to fix the error by rebuilding the BCD but after the bootrec /rebuildbcd commandasked me: "Total identified Windows installations: 1 [1] K:\Windows Add installation to boot list? Yes[Y]/No[N]/All[A]:"I entered Y, it gave me an error but after this, somehow, the"We can't tell if your PC has enough space to continue installing Windows 11"was NO longer there and it continued to the install

    Hi Antony,

    As i am getting error code 0xC1900101 - 0x20017 but you suggested to refer 0xc1900101-0x40017. Just asking which one is right solution for my
    issue ?

    I have already tried the steps mentioned for error code 0xC1900101 - 0x20017 but No luck.

    I also tried to upgrade through Windows Update but same error.
