Windows 10: Windows update site

Discus and support Windows update site in Windows 10 Updates and Activation to solve the problem; I got fed up with W10 updates failing on 2X 8.1 and one W7 and just googled W10 updates.     I haven't been able to install Windows 10 due to the following error: C1900101-20017. Any idea what this is and does it mean I'm out of luck?

    Hi there the site you posted shows only very old firmware updates as the latest update for my phone is very much higher and five months newer than shown.

    I tried five different nokia models 4 of the 5 have higher firmwares than the ones posted.

    Anyway nokia should be Responsible for publishing the correct firmware releases so we the public wont be ripped of when we go to the recommended repair shop.

    I have been ripped of once before when i was charged £20 for a firmware that was 3 revisions older than the then newest release.
