Windows 10: Windows Update Stuck at 32%

Discus and support Windows Update Stuck at 32% in Windows 10 Ask Insider to solve the problem; Just turned on my computer to be greeted by an update. Yay.     Just turned on my computer to be greeted by an update. Yay. I figure it'll be over quick but by now the update has been stuck at 32% for an hour. Should I just force restart? Wait it out to see if it moves? Pls help

    When in win10:
    • Update&security -> Windows update -> Finding update... .... .... ....
    Planning to download the latest Win10.ISO (vers.1803) and manually update:
    - Then wait that my ordered new SSD arrives and clone the old HDD to it.

    the installing of Windows 10 update is stuck at 32%

    I tried this. And EVERY other suggestion I found. My laptop (Windows 8, upgraded to Windows 8.1, Dutch, 64bit) still gets stuck at the fmaous 32% / 6% point.

    Clean booted, dissabled all Bluetooth, Lan, Wifi interfaces, used your command, used 'problemsolver for windows update, uninstalled all anti-virus-like applications and other stuff.

    Still stick at 32% / 6%.

    When is Microsoft going to take this serious ?
