Windows 10: Windows Update stuck at 9%

Discus and support Windows Update stuck at 9% in Windows 10 Updates and Activation to solve the problem; Thanks , but I already fixed my problem by installing one of my system backups from 10 days ago.     That option didn't work for me, I tried everything you told me, 3 times within installing different backups I had, nothing worked except the the 3rd backup I tried. Would have been a lot easier if option 3 would have worked. But in my case nothing did, except one of my backups.
