Windows 10: Windows Update stuck

Hey, A week ago the download started getting stuck on 6% then today I looked at the update section again and it said to update without finishing the download. I clicked the update download button and now it's stuck at 10%. Any help would be great! *Cool

Thinkpad X201 Tablet pen input and finger touch conflict since windows 10 upgrade

I have exactly the same problem with my Samsung smart pc pro. Can't sketch anymore because exactly the same reason.

I also tried a surface pro tablet with a pen and it had exactly same problem too. I think Microsoft forgot that issue...

 

Windows update and app download stuck

windows 10 app updates stuck on starting download and windows update also stuck

 

Open administrative command prompt and type or copy and paste these commands:

1) winver (in the pop up view and windows version and build and post into the forum)

2) sfc /scannow

3) dism /online /cleanup-image /restorehealth

4) copy and past these commands to reset windows updates:

Net stop bits
Net stop wuauserv
Net stop appidsvc
Net stop cryptsvc
Del %ALLUSERSPROFILE%\Microsoft\Network\Downloader\qmgr*.dat /Q
Del "%HOMEDRIVE%\Users\All Users\Microsoft\Network\Downloader\qmgr*.dat" /Q
Del %WINDIR%\SoftwareDistribution\*.* /s /Q
Net start bits
Net start wuauserv
Net start appidsvc
Net start cryptsvc



5) shutdown /r

Rerun windows updates after the reboot.
