Windows 10: Windows update to 21H2 fails with 0xc1900101 error code

I have been fighting this update for a while now. I have updated drivers, unplugged all external devices, checked memory and swapped video cards, all to no avail. I am hoping to get some help from the community here on parsing these logs I see requested from other threads on this topic.In link below:The Panther logs. Update to 1903 fails with error 0xc1900101

0xc1900101 is one of the most common windows upgrade failure codes.

It indicates a rollback had occurred.

It should impact the largest number of PC users that had failed upgrades.

More information is then obtained for the troubleshooting.

Alternatively you can perform a reset save files or clean install.
