Windows 10: Windows Update Trapped Me In Blue Screen

Following a Windows update, my laptop restarted asking for a BitLocker key. Once past that, I'm now stuck in a repeating loop of the recovery environment screen and a Code Stop screen. All of the troubleshooting options either don't work and tell me an error occurred, or they launch a Code Stop page that automatically restarts, bringing me back to the recovery environment screen.

• 
  When exactly you have received this error? Yesterday after the windows update
  
• 
  Did you receive any code numbers or values along with this issue? Just got a blue screen that said "we're collecting information,we'll restart for you"

  Did you make any changes to the computer recently Just installed Office 2007 under compatibility mode

  Are you able to access the desktop? Yes,after it restarted.
