Windows 10: Windows update troubleshooter has an error.

I have Elitebook HP Windows 11 laptop.I'm getting a error message. When I go to START MENU.I type in TROUBLE SHOOT SETTINGS.I click on OTHER TROUBLE SHOOTERS.and then it pulls up different window.. and I see where it says Windows update: RunAnd when I click on Run, it sends me an error message. The error messageThe title of the error message at the very top says: ms-contact-support://settings/SettingsPageTroubleshootWindowsUpdateThen the rest of the error message says:This file does not have an app associated with it for performing the action please install an app or if one is already inst

Error 0x803C0103 when troubleshooting

My last update was 1703 haven't been able to get any other updates. I get error code 0x800704cf tried using troubleshooter got error code 0x803c0103 not sure what to do next

Hi dalchina. Good news, I followed your suggestion and reinstalled the update and now it appears as "installed correctly" *Biggrin Maybe it was not necessary to run the Windows Update Troubleshooter or maybe if necessary. But using it I do not think it could have worsened something. The installation was very fast, unlike the first time it showed step 1 and step 2 completed.
