Windows 10: Windows update unable to use. when tried to start manually an error 1053.

hi, I'm facing a problem in which windows update keeps on saying something went wrong, try to reopen settings. I tried to manually start the windows update services there shows an error 1053. what is the solution?

Hello, after updating Windows 10 to the latest build, the HUAWEI web modem service does not start, it will not help reinstall Internet Manager, fixing this problem is important to me because I can not use T-Mobile internet (via the program installed on the modem, connect and disconnect to the internet)

The exact error message is : "Error 1053: The service did not respond to the start or control request in a timely fashion"

I just tried steps you provided, but was unable to fix it.

Windows Defender service says: "Error 1053: The service did not respond to the start or control request in a timely fashion."

I would like that someone checks my FRST scan results, maybe I have some corrupt registry keys.
